Based on Belle Meade Boulevard, working outward through the older estate corridor first and the newer ground around it second.
A footprint shaped by Belle Meade's own boundary lines
Belle Meade Boulevard, Harding Pike, Leake Avenue, and Page Road roughly outline the city we're based in, and the towns we reach from here follow the roads that lead out of it rather than an arbitrary radius on a map. Oak Hill and Forest Hills sit south and southeast, sharing the same Percy Warner Park boundary but trading Belle Meade's formal lawns for hillier, more wooded lots. West Meade continues west along Highway 70S on ground developed a generation later, with less formal landscaping but the same mature tree stock. Green Hills sits northeast along Harding Pike and Woodmont Boulevard, denser and closer to retail. Bellevue extends further west past West Meade into newer subdivisions near the Harpeth River. Nashville's inner neighborhoods - West End, Sylvan Park - lie east, inside a different city's jurisdiction than Belle Meade's own.
We didn't set out to cover all of Nashville. We set out to be the right call for the specific kind of property - formal or not - that this stretch of the county is built around.
The same standard, regardless of address
A gated Belle Meade Boulevard estate and a modest West Meade ranch get identical treatment on our end - matting under the machine's wheels on finished turf, the same care for whatever's buried nearby, the same walk-through before the job is called done. If your property sits near this list but isn't named on it directly, call anyway. Proximity to Belle Meade itself is a better guide to whether we can reach you promptly than which town's line your address technically falls inside.
